New job opening: RECEPTIONIST/FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT
Become an indispensable part of our team.
What you can expect in the position:
- Initial care and service of visitors
- Registering company mail and shipments.
- Receiving and handling telephone calls and e-mail
- Responsibility for the running of the office and meeting rooms
- Administrative support to company management (printing, scanning and filing)
- Ordering office supplies, courier or taxi
- Arranging refreshments for office staff
- Assisting with errands
- Supervising office cleaning
What we expect from you:
- Min. secondary education with a high school diploma
- Experience in a similar position an advantage
- User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Cultivated written and spoken expression in the Czech language
- Communication skills and knowledge of English language
- Very good organizational skills
- Punctuality, independence, responsibility and reliability
- Politeness, friendliness, and presentable manner
- Class B driving licence
