Mountain apartments in Říčky

A year-round attractive destination

On the outskirts of the village of Říčky we are planning to build a new apartment complex that will offer a first-class retreat for a mountain stay in any season. The location near the lower car park of the popular Říčky ski centre and a number of cross-country skiing trails in the vicinity will delight winter sports enthusiasts, while in summer the local bike park, rope centre or adventure golf are among the popular attractions. The picturesque landscape in the heart of the Orlické Mountains attracts hiking and cycling trips, whether to the mountain ridges or to historical monuments.

Tradition in a modern coat

The project envisages the construction of a pair of apartment houses supplemented by three detached private apartments. The complex includes a mountain spa and a number of outdoor leisure areas (grill points, outdoor gazebos, multifunctional playground and children's playground).

The architectural concept refers to the traditional mountain morphology, which is complemented by modern glazed areas. The minimalist design combines natural materials with folk elements to create an authentic, generous yet sufficiently cosy space.
