Tři dvory Residence

One foot in nature, a few minutes in the centre of Brno

On the site of a former royal mill on the very outskirts of Újezd u Brna, we are planning a quiet housing project aimed primarily at families with children. Tři dvory Residence is one of the projects that will fundamentally transform and improve the currently neglected location under the vineyards of Stará Hora. In the course of a few years, alongside our residential complex, a shopping centre, a kindergarten and a new sports complex will be built here. The advantage of the location is also good accessibility to Brno, whose centre can be reached in less than twenty minutes by car.

Diverse courtyard whit lots of greenery

The character of the residence loosely follows the layout of a traditional Moravian village. The individual houses are surrounded by a common inner courtyard divided into three courtyards with high-quality park landscaping. Each of these courtyards has its own unique character – the first is designed for social gatherings, the second for relaxation and the third with a playground and community garden for leisure activities. The complex also includes smaller commercial spaces for a community café or other businesses.
