An unmistakable house for those who love quality architecture
Our long-term cooperation with the renowned architectural office Atelier RAW resilted in an apartment building with original glazed glass balconies and a receding facade in Francouzská Street in Brno-Zábrdovice. The architecture combines the traditional motifs of the finest apartment houses built in the 1930s with the current trends and emphasis on the quality of applied materials.
"Application of details and fine materials is not common in current housing production which makes the project one of the top in Brno's development production. Given the degree of harmony between purpose and beauty, Domino can be described as the machine for living, once defined by Le Corbusier as the most valuable aim of the architecture."

Thanks to its sophisticated disposition plan, Domino apartment house provides plenty of sunlight to all apartments; moreover, the apartments on higher floors have a superb panoramic view on the center of Brno. Living rooms and terraces are situated towards the street, whereas bedrooms with balconies lead in a quiet courtyard. Part of the ground floor is dedicated to retail units, the house also includes stroller storage room and parking spaces on its own enclosed ground.

Domino apartment house mentioned in magazines
The Domino apartment building, designed by Atelier RAW, was worthily mentioned among exceptional buildings in the Brno region. The house raised interest not only by its black and white facade, but also by its disposition, which is very rational and economical.
We are pleased that the project was praised in prestigious magazines ARCH, Stavba and ERA.
