Follow-up of the interwar architecture tradition

The architectural solution by Atelier RAW combines proven elements of inter-war functionalism with modern architectural trends. The expression of the facade facing the street is formed by regular lines of belt windows, whose contrast with the white plaster is reinforced by black interfenestral belts.

Light-coloured natural travertine stone is applied both in the parterre facade and the interior of the common parts of the house. High-quality materials – e.g. wooden parquets or glass mosaic tiles – can also be found in the apartments.

The layout of the apartment is designed is such a way as to provide the residents with maximum comfort. The living room opens up to the quiet courtyard using glazed walls with sliding doors enabling access to a spacious loggia.
