The BRIXX project in Brno has achieved success on the international stage. At the European Property Awards 2026–2027 ceremony, held on October 22 in London, our team received an award in the Architecture Multiple Residence – Czech Republic category. This is DOMOPLAN’s first-ever international award and a significant milestone in the company’s history.
From Brno to London
The European Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, an international competition that recognizes exceptional projects and companies in the fields of architecture, development, interior design, and real estate.
This year’s awards ceremony took place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London as part of the IPAX Europe & Africa conference. It was there that our team accepted the award for the architecture of the BRIXX project, which is bringing a new vision of urban living to Brno’s Starý Lískovec neighborhood.

Winning the European Property Award represents an important milestone for DOMOPLAN and international recognition of the architectural approach we have long championed.

The BRIXX award confirms that we are on the right track and motivates us to continue working on projects that aim to raise the standards of modern living.
