The residential project Příční is situated in the part of Brno that has been undergoing an exceptionally dynamic development in recent years. Thanks to the city centre within walking distance, the area´s rich cultural history and the interest of investors, this location is turning into an attractive and increasingly sought-after city neighbourhood. New cultural venues are being set up here and original residential complexes offering a wide array of services are being planned. Living here, moreover, is made more pleasant by the vicinity of the popular city park of Lužánky.

Original architectural design

In designing the project, experienced architects from the RAW studio have sensitively built on the architectural concept of the interwar era townhouses. The result is going to be a modern building with a carefully considered layout, offering 2+kk apartments and luxury mid-size apartments 3+kk and 4+kk with a terrace. The project includes indoor garages situated on the ground floor.

On an adjacent plot, another DOMOPLAN project will be built

In early 2021, we acquired the neighbouring plot on which we plan to build a similar apartment house Příční 12, whose design will continue the concept of Příční 14.
