Tři dvory Residence in Újezd u Brna will offer varied family housing
In an attractive location on the outskirts of Újezd u Brna, we are planning to build a quiet family residence called Tři dvory. Its main characteristic feature will be a park-like inner courtyard divided into three parts, each of which will have its own distinctive character. The concept of comfortable and quality housing for families with children will be a continuation of our projects Na Mariánské cestě and Starý pivovar. The compound will include, for example, a community garden, a playground or a common clubhouse.
The advantage of Újezd is its good accessibility to Brno, while the future residents will have only a short walk between the vineyards on Stará hora. The attractiveness of the place is also enhanced by other planned investments - a new shopping centre, a sports complex and a kindergarten will be built in the next few years in the immediate vicinity of the residence, the construction of which will be financed by DOMOPLAN. At the moment, the Tři dvory Residence project is awaiting a zoning permit.

Ideálně min. 5let praxe v oboru ve stavební firmě (není podmínkou). Předmětem činnosti by měla být spolupráce s project managery na optimalizacích projektů jak v předrealizační fázi, tak i v průběhu výstavby, kdy je společně s project managerem nutné ověřovat a kontrolovat průběh a vývoj realizace a činnost realizační firmy.

We have successfully completed the acquisition of a plot of land in Bratislavská Street, in the vicinity of Pekárenský dvůr, where we are planning to build a new house for lovers of stylish living. Bratislavská 78 Residence will bring uncompromising architecture combining contemporary morphology with industrial aesthetics to Brno's Zábrdovice. An advantage for its future residents is the possibility to take advantage of the diverse range of services offered by Pekárenský dvůr, including the club wellness, sauna, massage room or coworking space. We are pleased that thanks to this project we can continue to contribute to shaping the character of the promising location of Zábrdovice in Brno.

The intimate-style residence Brno-Líšeň, designed by Knesl + Kynčl architekti studio, will offer pleasant living on the edge of the city with a good connection to the centre and nature within reach.
The Stará Residence in Brno's Zábrdovice builds on our successful collaboration with architect Roman Gale, the designer of Hvězdová Residence. For a pair of houses in Stará Street, he designed a unique facade solution with large-volume plant pots that will give prospective residents, even in the midst of urban development, a pleasant view of the greenery.

We've chosen a name for our latest project. The Nordic-inspired residence, which will grow in an attractive location on the edge of Brandýs nad Labem, will be named Na Mariánské cestě.
With this choice we express respect for the locality and historical importance of Brandýs and the neighbouring Stará Boleslav, respectively. The new residence is located near the end of the famous Marian pilgrimage route, which was built between Prague's Karlín and Stará Boleslav in the 17th century.
But alongside history, the name also refers to life's harmony, balance and peace. These were once sought by pilgrims on their travels, and will also be found by the inhabitants of the future residence, whose design will meet the ever stronger desire for the harmony of personal and working life and the harmony of humans with their living space.

With the new acquisition in Brandýs nad Labem, we are expanding into Central Bohemia
In the past few days, we have managed to complete the acquisition of a housing project on the edge of Brandýs nad Labem. We have purchased the project together with a valid territorial decision and we are starting work on its modifications.
This time, we are using the inspiration by the Scandinavian lifestyle for the project concept based on the harmony between work and family life, a healthy and active lifestyle and connection with nature. As a result, the residence will also include a kindergarten and a range of options for active leisure, including an in-line skating track. A newly constructed body water body will take care of the pleasant climate of the landscaped inner courtyard.
"Our vision is to create a place for a happy life, a style of living in the spirit of Danish hygge," says DOMOPLAN's founder Tomáš Vavřík about the project. For DOMOPLAN itself, the acquisition represents a significant milestone – together with it, we are extending our activities to the immediate vicinity of Prague.

We have successfully completed the acquisition of a lucrative project in Zábrdovice, Brno. The residence in Stará Street with nearly 100 apartments is interesting both for its location in close proximity to the historic centre of Brno and for its architectural solution inspired by vertical gardens. Thanks to the large-volume plant pots forming part of the envelope of the houses, everyone will have a small patch of greenery on the balcony of their apartment. Additional green areas will be available on the communal terrace in the courtyard above an underground car park.
Designed by architect Roman Gale, the project envisages a diverse mix of apartments from 1kk to luxury apartments with their own extensive roof terrace.
The project is currently undergoing territorial proceedings.

Comfortable living with a spacious terrace or front garden in a location with excellent civic amenities – these are the main qualities of the Brno-Líšeň intimate-style residence project, for which we are currently completing an architectural study.
The 14-apartment residence is intended primarily for young couples or families who want to enjoy the benefits of urban life while being close to nature. Líšeň offers all the civic amenities, the centre of Brno is less than a quarter of an hour from it by tram and the nature of Moravský kras starts literally around the corner.
The project is also our first collaboration with the respected Brno studio Knesl + Kynčl architekti, with whom DOMOPLAN is already arranging further collaboration.

The new project in Příční Street will captivate lovers of city life
In early 2021, we successfully completed the acquisition of a land plot in the neighbourhood of the planned residential project in Příční Street. Thanks to this, two modern houses closely linked to each other (Příční 12 and 14) are going to be built within easy reach of the centre of Brno ad on the edge of the increasingly attractive Zábrdovice district.
Their architectural concept refers to interwar functionalism. As with many of our successful projects, experienced architects of Atelier RAW are involved in the design.
The start of the construction of the newer residence, Příční 12, is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022, so it will be about a year behind the Příční 14 residence project.

Necelé dva měsíce od zahájení stavby a prodeje bytů v rezidenci Hvězdová jsou již prakticky všechny jednotky prodané. Hvězdová se tak stává nejrychleji prodaným projektem z našeho portfolia. V některých momentech šel prodej dokonce tak rychle, že naše advokátní kancelář sotva stíhala připravovat potřebné podklady. „Obrovský zájem o tento projekt jednoznačně potvrzuje, že náš přístup k developmentu s důrazem na kvalitu a originalitu je vysoce atraktivní. Jsem rád, že to, co děláme a jak to děláme, nese své ovoce,“ říká zakladatel Domoplanu Tomáš Vavřík.

Na jaře letošního roku DOMOPLAN úspěšně dokončil akvizici pozemků přímo u sjezdovky Skiresortu Bukovka. V moderním lyžařském areálu Orlických hor projektujeme výstavbu čtyřhvězdičkových horských apartmánů s prémiovým hotelovým servisem a wellness. Jako hlavního architekta projektu jsme vybrali mladé Studio Identity Design z Londýna a těšíme až projekt získá jasnější obrysy a my vám budeme vám moci ukázat víc.
