A residential complex of 19 modern apartment buildings is rising on the site of a former railway siding, which once formed the natural border between the town of Kuřim and its main recreational area between the Srpek pond, Zborov, and Zlobice. The new development will offer a well-thought-out layout (1+1 – 4+kk), plenty of privacy and greenery. In addition to 129 apartments, the project will also include a café, a children’s playground, an outdoor fitness area, and a relaxation space.

Viladomy Na Vlečce will grow in a quiet part of Kuřim. On one side, it borders a sports complex and a villa district, while on the other, it opens into open farmland towards Srpek pond. The city centre, as well as kindergarten and elementary school, are comfortably accessible on foot or by car in just a few minutes.

An intimate scale of villa houses with a wide range of layouts

By repeating two basic house types, an elegant rhythm of development is created. The individual houses are four-storey and offer a combination of loggias, terraces, or private gardens, with higher floors opening to views of the landscape. A café and playground in the northern part create an imaginary gateway to the town and a hub of public life. The architectural solution emphasizes low maintenance costs, well-designed facilities, and ample parking.
