Petra's organizational skills are already evident from the fact that she combines her demanding profession with taking care of her four children, walks in nature and regular trips to her beloved Italy for sun, wine and culture.

Monika Taranzová hates routine, both in her professional and personal life. That is why she appreciates that every DOMOPLAN project is different and requires a different approach to the client.

Tomáš Vavřík studied adult learning and ran a successful tourism business, then became interested in real estate development when building his own house. In 2010, he founded DOMOPLAN, which grew into the largest real estate developer in Brno within ten years and expanded its activities abroad in 2021. In 2016, he founded the DOMOPLAN investment fund for qualified investors, which allows other investors to participate in the success of DOMOPLAN projects. Since that time the company has grown exponentially.

Since Tomáš is a Renaissance man and a visionary, he does not want to settle for simply designing beautiful, high-quality buildings, so he expanded his area of interest to include related services and building supplies. Since 2020, he has built MyResorts (service and management of investment holiday homes), THIERRA (general building contractor), Magus EDH (sustainable and efficient energy, water and heat supply) and other companies that have merged into the FIPOX group. If you encounter a brand belonging to this family, rest assured that it is a brand that enriches its field with significant innovations and contributes to improving the quality of everyday life.

Michal Augustýn je country managerem chorvatské divize společnosti DOMOPLAN, kde má na starosti rozvoj jednotlivých developerských projektů v Chorvatsku. V oblasti Balkánu, kde působí již osmým rokem, má bohaté zkušenosti. V minulosti pracoval sedm let v Srbsku, kde se podílel na rozvoji šesti retailových parků. Nyní již čtyři roky působí v Chorvatsku, kde se pohybuje v oblastech logistiky a retailového developmentu.

David Jiran joined us with a wealth of construction experience on large-scale projects such as the Avion Shopping Park in Ostrava or the Dorn building in Brno. What he appreciates about DOMOPLAN is the enthusiasm of its people and the company's willingness to innovate and constantly move forward.

Josef's many years of experience as a senior engineer in an architectural studio speak for themselves. He knows the mindset of all the key players involved in the construction process. On why he chose DOMOPLAN as his next workplace, he says: "I like the fact that they respect architects and the culture of the environment. They think differently than other developers and see a higher principle of construction, urbanism, quality and way of life."

Project manager Miloš Ryšavý has been working for more than twenty years as a designer and chief engineer of civil engineering, recently he has been involved in the construction of the new Brno velodrome in Komárová. He builds up the stamina needed to complete projects during long-distance running and cross-country skiing races, with the legendary Jizerská padesátka race being one of his favourites.

David Ondroušek has worked in a variety of professions, from sales representative to e-commerce entrepreneur to construction coordination, which he is also responsible for at DOMOPLAN. Among other things, he can apply here his advanced DIY skills.

Studio Identity Design was established in 2017 in London. For Domoplan, it creates unique concepts of interior desing for our apartment hotels and residential houses. What differentiates them from the other design companies is their belief in a power of stories; therefore, for every interior they try to create a unique identity that arouses strong emotions and pleasant feelings connected with our memories.

A progressive group of architects who have in common their work at the Faculty of Architecture in Brno. They see their studio as a platform for teamwork, a laboratory transcending mere design activity.
